The coverage hours for our Gold Package must be used consecutively. Additional hours are available at an additional cost. For our Platinum Package, we try to cover your whole day but have an end time of 10PM to 11PM depending on our start time for the day. Our packages include an Engagement photo shoot. This will be a photo session that takes place no less than 3 weeks before your event in an outdoor location of your choice. There will be an additional traveling fee if the location is outside of our local area such as a beach. There will also be an additional $100 traveling fee if your event is more than 40 miles from our zip code 92553 such as Orange County, L.A. or Dessert City Areas. All packages include 90 days of online access to all digital photos in a private gallery with unlimited downloads during those 90 days. Your content will also be given to you on a USB Drive for safekeeping. All of the physical contents of your package will be delivered via a shipping package to your home or local pickup in the Moreno Valley area Only.

Clients are responsible for any booking fees or additional fees that may be required at certain locations for photography. Such locations often require the client to book an appointment for photography and pay a fee in advance. In such cases, you must contact us to confirm our availability.
booking requirements
We require anyone booking an event to sign our contract and leave a deposit of $300 to $600 minimum depending on the package. We cannot hold dates until both of these requirements are satisfied. We prefer to meet with you in person in our home located in Moreno Valley CA. We also offer appointments through a video call and we can email you the contract and accept deposits through zelle.

How do you photograph EVENTS?
We understand that time is valuable and it is very important to use every minute of it. During your special day, there is little room for do-overs and we like to make sure we capture everything. Typically for a wedding or a sweet 16/Quinceañera, we come to your home or the location in which you're getting ready and we capture those moments building up to that special time. We love to capture all the candid and emotional moments. We always try to be first to arrive at all locations and help guide you through your special day. For the most part, we like to keep our distance and give you your space. We ask that you try to look relaxed and remember to smile, as you will be looking back at these memories for a lifetime!
Where are you based and do you travel?
We reside in Riverside county but will travel to surrounding cities with an additional traveling fee.
When will we get our photos/VIDEO?
With work and life it can become stressful to meet an unrealistic quota so we offer a turn around time that works for us but is not too lengthy for our clients. All of your digital content is typically ready within four to five weeks from the day of your event. However, Albums and photo books may take longer due to our vendor backlogs. But we guarantee they will be ready in no more than 8 weeks.
How many pictures will we receive?
For each of our packages we do have a guaranteed amount of photographs as well as a guaranteed length of video. For our smallest 4 hour package, we guarantee 150 high quality digital photographs and 500 for our full day coverage. All packages also include 4x6 prints and a framed enlargement. For an additional cost, you may request all of the unedited photographs we take at your event.
How many people are in your team?
You will always get one dedicated photographer and one dedicated videographer at all times as we are a Husband and Wife team. Depending on the size of your event, a second videographer is there to help cover a second angle for video during wedding ceremonies.
CAN I MAKE INSTALLMENTS TO PAY OFF MY COSTS?
Our packages all require a deposit that is between 10-20% depending on the package. Although its not required, you may choose to make installments to pay off your balance. The remaining balance is due on your event date.
