Make our Pre-Video an addition to any package. A Pre-Video is different than our Slideshows. It is a video we do with the guest(s) of honor at a location of your choice such as a beach or park. This video is intended to be shown during your reception. For Quinceañeras, the court usually accompanies the Quinceañera and is part of the video. The Session is limited to 2 hours of filming which will result in a 7-10 minute Movie. We require a minimum of 6 weeks prior to your event for the production of a Pre-Video. Save $100 when you add a Pre-Video to our "Platinum" Package.

The package hours for your event day must be used consecutively (excludes our full day packages). Extra hours of coverage are available at an additional cost. For our full day packages, our end time varies between 9pm to 11pm depending on our start time for the day. All of our packages include a pre-event photo shoot. This will be a photography session that takes place no less than 4 weeks before your event at an outdoor location of your choice. There will be an additional traveling fee if the pre-event photo shoot location is outside of our local area such as a beach or different County. For packages that include a slideshow, this will be a customized slideshow you can display at your reception. We do not provide screens to play your slideshow. Many Venues and DJs have screens available and you will need to confirm with them first. All packages include an Online Photo Gallery with unlimited access and downloads. Your final photos and video will also come on a USB Drive for safekeeping. Your content will be delivered via a shipping package to your home or in-person pickup in Moreno Valley only. There will also be an additional $100 traveling fee if your event and pre-event photo shoot are both located more than 40 miles from our zip code 92553.
Note*
Clients are responsible for any booking fees or additional fees that may be required at certain locations for photography. Such locations often require the client to book an appointment for photography and pay a fee in advance. In such cases, you must first confirm our availability.
booking requirements
We require anyone booking an event to sign our contract and leave a deposit of $300 to $600 minimum depending on the package. We cannot hold dates until both of these requirements are satisfied. We prefer to meet with you in person in our home located in Moreno Valley CA. We also offer appointments via video call and can email you the contract and accept deposits through Zelle.

How do you photograph EVENTS?
We understand that time is valuable and it is very important to use every minute of it. During your special day, there is little room for do-overs and we like to make sure we capture everything. Typically for a wedding or a sweet 16/Quinceañera, we come to your home or the location in which you're getting ready and we capture those moments building up to that special time. We love to capture all the candid and emotional moments. We always try to be first to arrive at all locations and help guide you through your special day. For the most part, we like to keep our distance and give you your space. We ask that you try to look relaxed and remember to smile, as you will be looking back at these memories for a lifetime!
Where are you based and do you travel?
We reside in Riverside county but will travel to surrounding cities with an additional traveling fee.
When will we get our photos/VIDEO?
With work and life it can become stressful to meet an unrealistic quota so we offer a turn around time that works for us but is not too lengthy for our clients. All of your digital content is typically ready within four to six weeks from the day of your event. However, Albums and photo books may take longer due to our vendor backlogs. But we guarantee they will be ready in no more than 8 weeks.
How many pictures will we receive?
For each of our packages we do have a guaranteed amount of photographs as well as an approximated length of video. For our smallest 8 hour package, we guarantee 250 high quality digital photographs and 600 for our Platinum Package. All packages also include a framed enlargement.
How many people are in your team?
You will always get one dedicated photographer and one dedicated videographer at all times as we are a multi-team Production Studio. Depending on the size of your event, a second videographer is there to help cover a second angle for video during wedding ceremonies.
CAN I MAKE INSTALLMENTS TO PAY OFF MY COSTS?
Our packages all require a deposit that is between 10-20% depending on the package. You may choose to make installments at any time and will be given an updated receipt each time. However, we do require the balance to be paid off before the day of your Event. The remaining balance is due no later than the day prior to your event.
